The most important thing to remember when designing visual graphics to represent your brand and products online is to appeal to your customers' emotions. For instance, we designed banner adverts and web page intros for a company selling ski and snowboard equipment. Skiers and snowboarders are interested in equipment - but, more importantly, they love the mountains, the scenery and the sheer scale and beauty of the environment around them. The designs focussed around epic mountain scenery, with their product - the technicalities of which seem far less emotionally engaging - only a tiny part of the visual design.

First Pharmacy provides software and e-commerce web solutions to independent pharmacy retailers in the UK.
