About the Client
Pococks Roses are one of the best-known names in the world of rose growing and selling. Based next-door to the Hillier Gardens in Romsey, Hampshire, they have been growing and selling roses from their large nurseries in Hampshire and Cornwall for years. They already had two e-commerce websites when they came to us, but weren't satisfied with the service they were getting from their previous provider, or with the sales their sites were generating. We spent time researching their marketplace and came to realise there was a substantial demand for this sort of product online - with some already well-established national competition.
What we did for Them
- Firstly, we cut their costs straight away by consolidating the two ineffective websites in to one overall website
- We had some challenges to overcome regarding how they sell and price different varieties of rose at different times of year
